Depending on where you live, and the shipping method you select, delivery is around 3-5 days. We ship only within the US. We are not responsible for delays due to weather, holidays, and other extenuating circumstances.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on orders of $100 or more. On orders less than $100 shipping is calculated based on your mailing zip code.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time.
How quickly will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 1pm CST, will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1pm CST, will be processed the next business day and shipped within 1-2 business days after processing. Once in the hands of the courier, we cannot account for uncontrollable delays due to weather, holidays or other extenuating circumstances.
What happens if my products have been damaged in shipping transit?
If your products are damaged in transit, please contact our customer service support at support@elewell.shop immediately with your order number and you will receive replacements once verified. Please Note: To be eligible for product replacement, it is necessary for you to provide a picture while the products’ exterior enclosure has not been cut or breached. We thoroughly document all orders prior to shipping to avoid any fraudulent claims.
Where is your shipping facility?
We currently have one warehouse located in Texas and are actively working on setting up facilities nationwide for faster shipping options.
My tracking info says the package is delivered but I don't have my package.
With your order status saying delivered, Elewell cannot accept responsibility for your lost packages. Please contact your local USPS with your tracking number handy and they will further assist you.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived yet?
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check your tracking information and contact the courier to inquire about the status. If there are still issues, don’t hesitate to get in touch with our customer support for further assistance.
