Returns

We accept returns within 90 days of the order date for unopened, unaltered products. Due to health and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns for opened, altered, or specially handled items, including those requiring specific temperature conditions, as these may degrade or become contaminated.

Return Eligibility

  • Incorrect Products: If you receive an incorrect product, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • Unsatisfactory Products: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Missing Products: If any items are missing from your order, we will cover the cost of reshipping the missing item(s).

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@elewell.shop within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide the reason for the return and include pictures of the product, packing slip (if any), and packaging.

  3. Our team will review your request and determine if a return is applicable.

  4. If approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and verify the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method. If the original payment method is unavailable, we will use another secure and traceable option. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. 

Please note that Elewell reserves the right to deny a return that does not arrive in the original condition it was shipped or if the products appear to be tampered with or opened.

Important Notes

  • No Returns for Opened Items: For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or partially consumed products. 

  • Elewell Responsibility: We will cover the cost of return shipping only if the products received were incorrect or missing from the order.

  • Customer Responsibility: For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for the associated return shipping costs.

  • Money-Back Guarantee: If you utilize the money-back guarantee (up to $100), the return of the unsatisfactory product may be mandatory, and the customer must assume responsibility for those return shipping costs.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges are not offered; however, you may return an eligible product for a refund and place a new order.

Returns

State and Federal regulations do not allow the return of prescription medications after being dispensed by the pharmacy. Once your method of payment has been charged and your package has been handed over to the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS), all sales are final. You can always login to your ElewellRx account before your products ship to change your address, method of payment or to cancel your subscription. If your prescription medication arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact our patient care team.

Money Back Guarantee (Prescriptions)

How it works:

  • Give it a full 90 days: Treatments like GLP-1s, TRT, and NAD+ don't work overnight. Because your body needs time to adjust, we require you to stick to your prescribed plan for a full 90 days before we make a final call on whether it's working.

  • Check in with your provider: Before we can issue a refund, we ask that you hop on a quick, free follow-up call with your doctor. We just need to chat about your progress, look at your labs, and see how you're feeling.

  • We'll look for a solution first: If your current medication isn't giving you results, but your doctor thinks a different dose or an alternative treatment could work better, we will pivot your plan to get you on track. The refund kicks in if we've exhausted our options and your provider determines you're simply not responding to treatment.

  • The $600 limit: This guarantee covers your out-of-pocket medication costs from that first 90-day window, up to a maximum of $600.

 

Lost packages:

In the rare case your package is lost in transit, Elewell will reship your prescription order. We will work with your carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS) to locate your package first and have it redirected if needed.  Sometimes weather may delay your package delivery time.
