Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Domestic Shipping Only: We offer shipping via UPS and USPS within the United States.

  • Free Shipping: Available on ALL orders.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected method, order weight, and destination.

Processing Time

  • Orders placed by 1:00 PM CST on weekdays (excluding holidays) are processed and shipped the same day.

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM CST, on a Friday, weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Times

  • Delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method and destination. General timelines are:

    • FREE Shipping: 2-4 business days after processing.

    • Expedited/Express Shipping: 1-3 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues.

Shipping Locations

  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states.

  • No international shipping is available at this time.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Track your order directly through the carrier’s website or by contacting us at support@elewell.shop.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Shipments: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us within 30 days of shipment at support@elewell.shop. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or provide a replacement or refund.

  • Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Important Note: A replacement or refund for lost or damaged packages is contingent upon the buyer providing any verification required by the carrier or insurance provider to process the claim.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to confirm the correct address. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
