How long will it take to get my medication?

How do I reorder or cancel?

Most Elewell Rx plans include convenient automatic refills, and we will always notify you before your card is billed and your next batch is shipped. You can log in to your Elewell Rx account to manage, reorder, or cancel at any time. Please note: If you are on a weight loss plan, your medication will not refill automatically. How can I change my shipping address?

Tadalafil tablets are generally considered safe when administered properly under the supervision of a licensed healthcare provider. However, as with any prescription medication, there are risks and potential side effects. Here are some important safety points to consider:

  1. Common Side Effects: The most frequently reported side effects include headache, indigestion (dyspepsia), back pain, muscle aches, flushing, and stuffy or runny nose. These side effects are usually mild and typically resolve within a few hours to a few days.
  2. Cardiovascular Effects & Nitrates: Tadalafil can cause your blood pressure to drop suddenly to an unsafe level if it is taken with certain other medicines. Do not take Tadalafil if you take any medications called "nitrates" (often prescribed for chest pain) or guanylate cyclase stimulators (like Adempas for pulmonary hypertension). This combination can cause a fatal drop in blood pressure.
  3. Prolonged Erection (Priapism): Although rare, Tadalafil can cause a painful erection that will not go away. If you have an erection that lasts more than 4 hours, seek immediate medical emergency help. If not treated right away, priapism can permanently damage your penis.
  4. Sudden Vision or Hearing Loss: In rare cases, users may experience a sudden decrease or loss of vision in one or both eyes (NAION) or a sudden decrease or loss of hearing, sometimes accompanied by ringing in the ears (tinnitus) or dizziness. If these symptoms occur, stop taking Tadalafil and contact a doctor right away.
  5. Interactions with Medications: Tadalafil can interact with other drugs, including alpha-blockers (prescribed for prostate problems or high blood pressure), certain antibiotics, antifungal medications, and HIV protease inhibitors. It should not be used in combination with other ED treatments (PDE5 inhibitors). Always inform your healthcare provider about all medications, vitamins, and supplements you are currently taking.
  6. Underlying Health Conditions: Consult with your doctor before starting Tadalafil therapy, especially if you have a history of heart problems (such as a heart attack or irregular heartbeat), stroke, high or low blood pressure, liver or kidney disease, or blood cell problems like sickle cell anemia or leukemia.
